WFN takes a holistic approach to health and wellness that’s inclusive of periods, perimenopause and menopausal people, social campaigns, and women empowerment events and training. The Wireless Female Network serves as a global platform to menstrual health activists, health and wellbeing champions, social activists and humanitarians to share unique insights of their own countries and regions. WFN currently has presence on 5 continents in 22 countries with 35 global ambassadors.

The Wireless Female Network aims to:
 Give more females access to safety and dignity during menstruation
•  Keep more girls in school
•  Progress the agenda for MHM to become part of the school curriculum
•  The representation of more women in internal dialogues and decision/policy making
•  Educate both genders across multi-generations
•  Change the narrative of shame attached to Periods, Perimenopause and Menopause
•  Provide Evidence based training
•  Reduce pollution of the sanitary product by making available eco-friendly reusable sanitary products at an affordable rate
•  Female friendly toilets both in learning institutes and the workplace
