Say YES to HOPE is a 501 c3 nonprofit that provides information, resources, support and hope to those affected by advanced cancer. Programs include a Toll Free Survivor Line, FRIENDS for the Journey Program that matches peers for support, an informational web-site, and great resources to help those who have been diagnosed with advanced cancer.
