Known for energising teams, I care most about inspiring the people around me, and have certified in (and practised) executive coaching, change management and workshop facilitation in my spare time. I’m currently lending my comms expertise to tech firms such as Cooper Software, and ABB Electrification’s Smart Buildings where l spearhead global integrated programmes. I enjoy the perspective of having worked both in-house and agency-side, enriched by having run my own businesses (successfully selling one of them).
At ease with large, matrixed organisations, my affinity lies in collaborating with fast-paced environments and working with dynamic start-ups, scale-ups, and change-ups - companies with a distinctive attitude and a compelling story waiting to be shared.
