The company was founded after our team spent time volunteering at Camp Moria, Europe’s largest refugee camp, located on the island of Lesbos, Greece. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March 2020, people frantically searched for ways to protect the already vulnerable refugee populations, and we were mobilized to react. Clinicians reported an urgent need for something to help them quickly document, analyze, and react to medical data in their low-resource, high-density settings. After months of trial and error with our partners, we came to a wildly successful solution. Frontida Records was born.
Our mission is to create and distribute accessible technology to empower medical providers and improve the quality of medical care in underserved communities around the globe. We envision a future where all people can receive high-quality healthcare regardless of background, circumstance, or status.
